PRODUCT
THCa (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid) is the non-psychoactive precursor to THC found naturally in raw cannabis and hemp plants. THCa hemp flower is legally classified as hemp under the 2018 Farm Bill because it contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. When heated through smoking or vaping, THCa converts to THC through a process called decarboxylation.
Yes. Under the 2018 Agricultural Improvement Act (Farm Bill), hemp and hemp-derived products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight are federally legal. All Texas Cannabis Direct products are tested to verify compliance. However, some states have enacted additional restrictions. We do not ship to states where THCa flower may be restricted, including Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont.

We accept cash on delivery (COD) and prepayment via wire transfer, Zelle, or check. Payment is due upon delivery for COD orders.
We ship to retailers across the United States in states where THCa hemp flower is permitted. We do not ship to Hawaii, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, or Vermont due to state-level restrictions. Orders are shipped discreetly with tracking provided.
COMPLIANCE
Keep THCa flower away from UV exposure and store at 55-60°F. Do not heat the product. Improper storage can cause THCa to convert to Delta-9 THC, potentially making the product non-compliant. Refrigeration is recommended for long-term storage.
Every shipment includes batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from an independent third-party lab. These documents verify potency, purity, and Farm Bill compliance. We recommend keeping COAs on file at your retail location for inspection purposes.
